What data we collect
When you sign up as a founding member we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your gender (female / male)
- Your age cohort (Under 16, 16–30, 30–50, 50+)
- The first part of your postcode (e.g. AB10)
We do not collect payment information at sign-up. We do not collect any special category health data beyond age group and gender, which you provide voluntarily.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your place as a founding member and contact you when your box is ready
- To match you to the correct age and gender formulation
- To understand the geographic distribution of our founding community
- To send you updates about the fiks launch — you can unsubscribe at any time
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (you voluntarily submitted the sign-up form) and our legitimate interest in building and operating the fiks founding member community.
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely via Netlify Forms. Netlify is GDPR-compliant and uses standard contractual clauses for international data transfers.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We will keep your founding member data for as long as you remain an active member or subscriber. If you ask us to delete your data we will do so within 30 days.
Your rights
